İhsan Türkmen is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul University Çapa Faculty of Medicine in 2008 and completed his residency at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital, earning his specialist title and a microsurgery certification in 2015.
After compulsory service at Mardin State Hospital, he practised at Acıbadem Ankara Hospital, performed consultations and surgeries at Vanity between 2019 and 2021, and ran a rhinoplasty-focused private practice in Istanbul before returning to Vanity in 2026. His practice covers the face, nose, breast and body, with particular attention to rhinoplasty. Outside the operating room he draws and sculpts.
