Non-surgical rhinoplasty, widely referred to as liquid rhinoplasty, is an advanced cosmetic injectable procedure designed to temporarily alter the shape and contour of the nose without incisions, anesthesia, or downtime. Rather than altering the underlying bone and cartilage framework, the procedure utilizes bio-compatible injectable materials to smooth out surface irregularities.

We strictly utilize premium Hyaluronic Acid (HA) dermal fillers to reshape the nose. HA is a naturally occurring sugar complex found within the human body that binds to water, providing plumpness and hydration. During a liquid rhinoplasty, a dense HA filler is carefully injected deep beneath the skin to camouflage a dorsal hump (the bump on the bridge of the nose) or to fill in minor depressions. By building up the tissue surrounding a bump, the bridge appears completely straight and smooth in profile.
For patients who have a nasal tip that drops or pulls downward—especially when they smile or speak—a liquid rhinoplasty can include the strategic use of Botox (botulinum toxin). The depressor septi nasi is a small muscle located under the nose that actively pulls the tip down. By injecting a precise micro-dose of Botox into the base of the columella (the tissue between the nostrils), this muscle is temporarily relaxed. This releases the downward tension, allowing the nasal tip to subtly lift and rotate upward.

To maintain absolute patient safety and ensure highly realistic expectations, we must establish a critical clinical boundary: liquid rhinoplasty is purely an additive procedure. It cannot make a large nose smaller, it cannot narrow a wide nasal bridge, and it cannot correct internal breathing issues like a deviated septum.
When you use HA fillers to mask a bump on the bridge of the nose, the surgeon is injecting physical material above and below the bump to create a straight line. Because you are adding volume to the existing structure, the overall physical size of the nose will become slightly larger. For this reason, liquid rhinoplasty is only recommended for patients who have very slight asymmetry, a tiny dorsal hump, or a flat nasal bridge that requires height. If you already have a prominent or large nose, adding filler will only increase its prominence on your face.

If you undergo a liquid rhinoplasty and later decide you want permanent surgical results, you must consider the timeline of the HA filler. Because the surgeon needs to see the true, natural anatomy of your bone and cartilage during surgery, the fillers must be completely gone before an operation can take place.
If not enough time has passed for the filler to dissolve naturally, you will be required to undergo an injection of Hyaluronidase (an enzyme that safely melts away HA filler) several weeks prior to your surgery to clear the tissue.

One of the primary benefits of using Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers is that they are completely natural and highly predictable.
A liquid rhinoplasty typically lasts approximately 1 year. Over the course of 12 months, your body’s metabolism will naturally and safely break down the hyaluronic acid, gently returning your nose to its original anatomical shape. Similarly, if Botox is utilized for a nasal tip lift, the muscle-relaxing effects typically last between 3 to 4 months before requiring a touch-up. Because the results are entirely temporary, the procedure offers a very low-commitment pathway for facial enhancement.

After much consideration, I decided to have breast augmentation at Vanity and would like to share my experience with you. From the beginning, I had good contact with an organizer in Germany who arranged everything for me so that I didn’t have to worry about anything except my flight. I was warmly welcomed on-site and taken to a clinic where my blood was taken and I was then driven to a hotel where I stayed overnight. The next morning was my surgery appointment.
I was supervised by an interpreter named Mr Murat Yildirim, who was always available via WhatsApp to answer my questions. The operation was carried out by Dr Erman Menekse, who spent a lot of time with me during the consultation and gave me very good advice. We ran a simulation program together and he explained the different implants and the surgical procedures to me. The operation went smoothly and when I woke up I was well looked after, so I had hardly any pain and was able to be discharged the next day.
On the third day after the operation, I had more pain and Mr Yildirim immediately organized a transfer and an appointment at the clinic. The doctor examined me thoroughly and prescribed more painkillers.
The result of my breast enlargement is great and I would recommend the Vanity Clinic without reservation. I would like to thank, among other things, my doctor, my organizer, the nurses and the entire team who looked after me. If I decide to have another cosmetic procedure, my first choice would be this clinic again.

Hello everyone, I come from near Munich/Germany and would like to share my experience with you. On February 14th, 2024 I had my long-awaited operation (tummy tuck, liposuction)
I was in contact with lovely Dilek for a year because I had been thinking about going this route for a long time. Dilek was ready for every question throughout the year and always had an answer for me very quickly.
I compared many clinics in advance and all of them required an immediate decision. Nevertheless, I continued to be in contact with Dilek. She seems very understanding and patient to me, which is why I decided on Vanity. When I arrived in Turkey, dear Murat took over as my patient coordinator and was always on-site or available to me via WhatsApp. He looked after me just as understanding and relaxed as I was used to. As a result, I didn’t feel at all like a stranger.
My operation went well. Dr. operated on me. Algan. Despite all my fears, Dr. Algan felt like, on a human level, the best doctor I had the pleasure of meeting. You can throw all the German doctors in the bin next to him. Of course, I had fears and doubts, but Dr. Algan could take it back from me with a clear conscience. He is very cool, easy-going and relaxed and that gives me the feeling of being in really good hands. I felt like I was visiting a good friend. Only plus points for this doctor!! I don’t think anyone else could have done it like him!!
It’s been a week since my operation and my wounds are healing very well. Every day I feel better and every day I am happier when I can look at myself in the mirror.

After a lot of research, I chose Vanity for my breast augmentation. I was very nervous but I did not need to be, everything was taken care of. All transfers and pickups were perfect and the hotel was very nice. It is too early to see my full results but so far I am very happy. Dr Alper seemed highly experienced, he listened to my wishes and made me feel relaxed and reassured. Indeed, some of the nurses cannot speak English but they are kind and caring – and they are experts at using translation devices on their phones! The coordinators speak English very well so any problems can easily be handled with them. I felt well looked after by Umut and he reassured me that I could contact him at any time. I have recently undergone a BBL, chin lipo and bichectomy with Vanity Estetik. I came as a solo traveler and the experience could not be faulted. The transfers, co-ordination and hospital staff were all so lovely and accomodating. Everything was so well run. The hotel was lovely, I stayed quite a few nights to ensure I was safe to travel and could not fault it. The surgeon, was amazing, he has given me the hips that I have been waiting for. He was very kind and listened to what I had to say. I coordinated my booking who was always at hand then once I arrived someone communicated and organised all my needs and the drivers were always prompt and friendly. Right from the start, my referrer Selvi was able to patiently answer all the questions I had in the pre-surgery, give me the best quotation and guide me through the arrival in Turkey. I spoke with Zeynep alot over whatsapp before I arrived in turkey she was very nice and helpful in organising the surgery and answering any questions I had.
Once I arrived my coordinator Zineb was so good and gave me advice and answered any questions i had following the operation.

I had an amazing experience with this clinic. I just did my breast augmentation with. I am 15 days post opt now. Firstly, I want to commend my patient coordinator, he has been a huge part of this process. He was very accommodating and very responsive. Whatever questions I had, may it be small or big, he was there to answer. He made sure we were taken cared of all the time. From the arrangement of the car service, hotel, etc up to date he was following up on my condition and healing process. Secondly, my doctor, made the whole process a breeze. Since it’s my first time having any major surgery, he explained to me very well the whole process and the options I have. He listened to my main concerns and gave me advice and guide me through it. Most importantly, the human touch.. he made me feel comfortable and in safe hands as I was really scared. In addition, I also want to highlight the fact that this clinic is very safe and they prioritize their patients health, on the way to Turkey I caught a flu in the aircraft and instead of them pushing me to do the surgery with minimal risk they decided and told me that it’s better to wait and reschedule until I feel better and risk free to the surgery. So all in all, I had a great experience. As to my results- I am really happy. I am still swollen and still in the healing process, but as to how it looks my surgeon did a beautiful job. After completing his specialization in Otolaryngology at Kocaeli University Medical Faculty Hospital, he received his associate professorship title in 2020. He also worked as an observer at Antonie van Leeuwenhoek Hospital and the Cancer Institute in the United States. He served as a research assistant at the University of Miami, a prestigious university in the field of clinical care and medical education. Receiving the title of Associate Professor in 2020, Assoc. Prof. İla has published about 30 journal articles and presented 40 conference papers. Fluent in English and Turkish. He has focused particularly on rhinoplasty and also deals with all aspects of upper respiratory tract disorders, such as nasal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy (Concha), and sinusitis.
