These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Fermed Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş. (“Vanity”, “our clinic”, “we”), Bahçelievler Mah., Zübeyde Hanım Cd. No: 4, 34680 Üsküdar / Istanbul, Türkiye. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About Us

Vanity is a full-service cosmetic surgery clinic in Istanbul, founded in 2016 and licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health. We provide cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetic and hair-transplant services at our facility in Üsküdar, Istanbul, and welcome international patients. Medical services themselves are provided under separate treatment agreements and informed-consent processes — these Terms cover the website and pre-treatment communication only.

The Website Is Informational

The content on this website — including descriptions of procedures, recovery guides, doctor profiles, blog articles, pricing indications and frequently asked questions — is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified physician.

Browsing the website, submitting a contact form or messaging us does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A doctor–patient relationship is established only through a formal consultation with one of our licensed physicians, and any decision about surgery requires an individual examination and assessment.

Consultations and Communication

You can reach us through the website contact form, WhatsApp or telephone. Our free online consultation is a preliminary assessment based on the information and photographs you provide; it does not replace an in-person examination, and any plan or quote given online is indicative until confirmed after examination.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including your medical history. Our channels are not intended for medical emergencies — if you have an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Individual Results Vary

The results of cosmetic procedures depend on individual factors such as anatomy, age, skin quality, general health and healing. Before-and-after images shown on this website are of real patients who consented to their publication; they illustrate possible outcomes and are not a promise or guarantee of a particular result.
