Prof. Selami Serhat Şirvan graduated from Istanbul University's Faculty of Medicine in 2007 and completed his residency in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital in 2013.
He received advanced microsurgery training at Columbia University in New York and earned both European Board (EBOPRAS) and Turkish Board certification in 2015, reaching associate professor in 2020 and full professor in 2025. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed articles and delivered more than 100 presentations.
