Assoz. Prof. Kadri İla ist Facharzt für Hals-, Nasen- und Ohrenheilkunde und seit 2013 operativ tätig. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Rhinologie und den oberen Atemwegen. 2006 schloss er sein Studium an der Cerrahpaşa Medical School der Istanbul University ab und absolvierte seine Facharztausbildung für Hals-, Nasen- und Ohrenheilkunde an der Kocaeli University.

Bevor er 2020 zum außerordentlichen Professor ernannt wurde, war er als wissenschaftlicher Assistent am Netherlands Cancer Institute (Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital) tätig. Er verfasste rund 30 Artikel in Fachzeitschriften, darunter Acta Oto-Laryngologica und European Archives of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, und ist seit August 2022 bei Vanity.
