Redensity (Under Eye Light Filling)
Aesthetic filling materials might be used in various parts of face and body. They can successfully be applied on nasolabial lines, lips, over-cheekbones, cheeks. However, since under eye area is too sensitive and has thin skin, it tends to become bruised and swelled and reveals the filling. Application of this treatment on under eye area was not completely successful. Teosyal Redensity 2 was developed and served for that purpose. Teosyal Redensity 2 under eye filling contains hyaluronic acid without crosslinks. This way, light filling homogeneously spreads to the injected area. It also helps reduce cyanosis since it contains proteins, vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants.
For What Purpose is Under-Eye Light Filling Used?
Thanks to under eye light filling, spots between cheeks and under-eyes and bagging on lower eyelid can successfully be treated. It helps reduce under-eye cyanosis. Teosyal Redensity 2 is a good choice if the patient has spots and cyanosis on her face. There are different types of treatments for under-eye cyanosis but these treatments might be combined with light filling.
What to Expect after Under-Eye Light Filling Application?
Under-eye light filling is applied deep. Therefore, even if you notice some changes right after the application, actual results will kick in after a week. Redensity 2 can perfectly retain water; therefore, it will merge with your cells, increase in volume and spread under your eyes within a week.
Sometimes patients may experience swellings in eye bags after light filling application. The reason is that surrounding tissues increase in volume since the light filling is cross-linked. In case that swellings occur and stays on for 7-10 days, the surplus are removed by applying hyaluronidase. Since the fillings in under-eye area slowly disappears, it is a waste of time to wait for it to resolve.
